Horse With No Name was released in early 1972 and became an international hit. It peaked at number 1 in the US and stayed there for three weeks, being certified GOLD by the RIAA. This is not the original mix of the song from their first album, but the 1975 mix from their Greatest Hits album. The song was remixed by legendary Beatles producer, George Martin in 1975 for the History: America's Greatest Hits album. I think the original, hit mix is better than this one (which is the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5).
